Description:
The main edifice at ba lu mkhar, the Dwarfメs Castle (A-134). This multi-roomed structure (15 m x 10.5 m) rests on a revetment up to 2.5 m in height. Its oral history, absence of Buddhist emblems and constructions, architectural design (series of small ramparts, high degree of integration of subsidiary structures into the parent formation, etc.) allude to the archaic status of the site. It would appear that ba lu mkhar was a premier pre-Buddhist or early historic period fortified royal residence in the rtsa pa rang area.Associated Resources
