Description:
Remains of a cave façade at phug mkhar. Note the herringbone courses of masonry, a building technique commonly applied to the construction of the archaic temple-tomb edifices. This style of masonry persisted into the 10th century as represented at sites like King nyi ma mgon's Buddhist capital of gu ge and pu rang, ra la mkhar dmar.
